Jurlique recognised the need to re-engage with the consumer across owned digital assets, ensuring brand loyalty was increased by offering customers innovative new ways to discover content and find the right products.
To bring this realisation to life, a digital rejuvenation of the natural skincare brand was needed to create an authentic, cross channel experience at every interaction.
Our digital design team combined brand research and user insights to re-define the Jurlique digital ecosystem across multiple touch points.
Starting with refinements to the website’s user interface, we improved usability and introduced interactive site features to give customers new opportunities to interact with and share content. The online purchase path was also mapped and optimised through social media and eDM content that ensured the consumer’s return journey was seamless at every stage.
It doing this we created a digital experience that would increase users time on site, improve brand knowledge and create new opportunities for online interaction.
