    To help launch their new loyalty program, Coca-Cola Clubhouse, Coke wanted to transform their owned physical asset infrastructure at retail into dynamic content delivery points that could generate downloads of the new Coca-Cola Clubhouse application when people were in-store.

    With an unprecedented retail footprint, Coke has a huge amount of owned physical assets located at retail such as vending machines and fridges that serve millions of customers every day.To help launch their new loyalty program, Coca-Cola Clubhouse, Coke wanted to transform their owned physical asset infrastructure at retail into dynamic content delivery points that could generate downloads of the new Coca-Cola Clubhouse application when people were in-store.

    Deploying Tapit on Coke owned fridge assets across retail locations throughout Australia, Coke allowed people to easily tap their smartphone and instantly download the Coca-Cola Clubhouse application.

    Upon people tapping their smartphone on a Tapit enabled fridge asset, Coke used the Tapit platform to intelligently detect the phone's operating system and immediately direct the user to the corresponding app store, making the experience as streamlined as possible.

    Accessing the Tapit platform, Coke staff can now in real time instantly analyse how people are interacting with their physical assets at each retail location, providing Coke with a completely new layer of depth about how their consumers are interacting with the Coke brand & their physcial assets across retail environments.

    This is a great example of how clients can evolve traditional physical asset infrastructure at retail and transform these assets into their very own dynamic content delivery platform, allowing consumers to effortlessly access digital content on their smartphone. Leverging the Tapit platform allows clients to analyse consumer interactions as well as remotely update millions of retail assets to deliver new, relevant content without requiring the use of sales teams to update messaging in the field, reducing costs and increasing speed to market.
